A Kitchen With Style

West End

About This Space

In order to get the desired sleek minimalist effect, the wall unit fitting also required exact precision.  All the cupboards, units, appliances and space towers needed to mirror each other precisely on either side.  This was all framed in goal post boxing with the units recessed neatly into this feature wall with an exact overhang specified.

This kitchen definitely has the wow factor! The light grey wall units on the feature wall contrast beautifully with the graphite island units and goal post boxing.  There is also a stunning two tone effect in their choice of worksurface, with the island worksurface being white quartz and a breakfast bar area being in solid oak wood.

As well as it’s stunning appearance, this handleless kitchen is also very practical. It has a huge amount of storage including two space towers. The table ventilation that sinks down into the island work surface when not required is practical, but also contributes to the minimalist style.

A Word From The Client

“I am thrilled with how the kitchen has turned out.  Kitchen Living came up with a few different layout ideas and as far as I was concerned it was the bigger the better when it came to the Island!  They have brought my vision to life perfectly.”

A note from Our Designer

"Size, symmetry and style were the overriding factors key to bringing this customer’s vision to life. The room was such a large size that the island needed to feel substantial and fill the space without looking overpowering. For their lifestyle, they needed a lot of space and top of the range appliances for family life and entertaining.

Exact symmetry requires maximum attention to detail.  The island needed to line up precisely between the 2 roof windows above it. It also needed to be in between the NEFF appliances on the feature wall behind it."
