About This Space
Our customers from Sarisbury Green, Fareham were looking to update their dark wood kitchen. This was installed over 25 years ago as part of an extension.
The customers’ house has a warm, rustic feel to it with lots of dark wood and brick features. Whilst the kitchen needed to be modernised, the style was to remain traditional in order to be in keeping with the character of the whole house.
The customers now have a beautiful, classic oak painted kitchen. The light blue doors add a splash of colour and give the kitchen a light and spacious feel. The white Belfast sink and bianco quartz contrast beautifully with the doors.
The brickwork chimney area now has fired earth patterned tiling behind the oven which beautifully compliments the classic style of the rest of the house.

"One of the most striking areas of the kitchen is its brickwork chimney alcove. In order to make this a feature, careful work had to be carried out on it including the removal of a pipe and very precise plastering and tiling."
