Green Painted Shaker Kitchen

This kitchen was installed for the Tap House at the Northbrook Arms in Winchester. As the property had existing period features, the designers at Kitchen Living wanted to design something that would complement the history of the space whilst giving it a modern twist. They crafted a green hand-painted Shaker kitchen with a bold combination of Highland Green cabinets with copper handles, seamlessly integrated into the existing period features of the space. The kitchen features Shaker-style with a rich, bold colour that adds depth and character to the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Quartz worktops were an excellent choice for this busy kitchen, offering beauty and practicality. The glass splashback is used behind the stove, enhancing the modern aesthetic while being easy to clean and maintain.

The layout was designed to be open and spacious, facilitating easy movement and access to different areas. The stunning central island provides additional workspace and storage, making it a functional centrepiece for food preparation and casual dining. The kitchen also includes cleverly designed storage solutions, such as deep drawers and integrated larders, maximising the use of space and keeping the kitchen organised.
