Stage 2: The Home Measure

Once you're ready to move forward, one of our designers will visit you at your Southampton home to take precise measurements of your kitchen space. This is where many kitchen companies put pressure on you to decide quickly. We don't. Take as long as you need to review the design, discuss it with your household, and come back to us with any changes or questions.

Want to swap the worktop material? Try a different door colour? Rethink the island layout? No problem. We'll make the adjustments and present the updated design until you're completely happy. There are no extra charges for revisions and no hard sell.

Once you're satisfied and ready to proceed, you'll confirm your order and a deposit will be taken to begin the manufacturing process.

Stage 5: Manufacturing Your Bespoke Kitchen

Typical timeframe: 8–12 weeks after order

Because all of our kitchens are bespoke and made to order, the doors, units, and components are specially crafted to your exact specifications. This manufacturing period is typically around eight to twelve weeks, depending on the complexity of your design and the finishes chosen.

During this time, if your project involves any preparatory building work — such as knocking down a wall, moving a radiator, or updating electrics — this is the ideal window to get that underway. We're happy to advise on sequencing and can work alongside your builders if needed.

Stage 6: Installation

Typical timeframe: 1–2 weeks on site

When your kitchen arrives, our own highly skilled installation team takes care of everything. Because we design, supply, and install under one roof, there's no disconnect between what was planned and what gets fitted — the people installing your kitchen are the same people who were involved in designing it.
